What to do if the sample made by new mould failed in the test?

Samples made by new mould will be tested by customers. If it is our problem caused the failure, we will remodify the mould and provide new samples for confirmation freely. But if the customers want to modify the mould as their requirements changed, we need to charge a certain fee to remodify the mould and provide free sample.
